The Friday night Cruise In and Open House at Baker Engineering was great fun, despite the weather! Sincere thanks to all of you who came to tour our facility and check out the great cars we had on display. On Saturday, BEI staff took part in the Hot Rod Power Tour kickoff event at the GM Proving Grounds at what we thought was the biggest car show we'd ever seen (until we got to Muskegon on Sunday!). Taking part in the Hot Rod procession from Warren, MI, to Muskegon Sunday morning was quite an experience. It was a 4-hour parade through small towns where we were greeted by car enthusiasts all along the route. Arrival into Muskegon was an awesome sight. The streets and parking lots were absolutely full beautiful cars and car crazy people on a picture perfect day. Thousands of cars filled every street and parking lot throughout the downtown area. It just doesn't get much better than that! Congratulations to the Crusing the Lakeshore crew and the Hot Rod Power Tour for a fantastic weekend. Special thanks to David Adkins, Richie Nieser, Terry Senneker and RacingAwareness.com for providing their cars and assistance this weekend. Your support is appreciated! Check back for photos .......
