BE News

BEI powered cars took home several top honors in a field of over 100 of the fastest cars in the country at Battle Creek's Speedfest.  Cal Hayward's Mustang was  the fastest RWD car at event posting 201 mph on the half mile track. The Mustang is powered by a custom BEI twin turbo small block Ford with 2000hp.  The fastest naturally aspirated car at the event was driven by BEI's TJ Grimes.  His 2002 Corvette Z06 features a custom 438ci LS7 engine and posted 170 mph.  At 152mph, the fastest female driver was Heather Neuhaus in her red 2006 Corvette that was tuned by BEI.  Special thanks to all of our customers who came out to support this great event. See you next year amid the carnival, the air show, the hot air balloons and the music!
